Nail Salon Policies & Guidelines
Appointments & Scheduling
- Appointments are recommended to ensure availability, but walk-ins are welcome if space allows.
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in and pick colors or services.
- Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may require rescheduling or service modification.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- Please cancel or reschedule at least one hour in advance.
- After 2 or more no-shows, we may require prepayment for future appointments.
Payments & Tips
- We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and gift cards.
- Tips are appreciated and can be given in cash or added to your card.
- All services and prices are subject to tax where applicable.
Hygiene & Safety
- All tools are sanitized and disinfected after each use.
- We follow strict cleanliness and safety protocols.
- If you have any open wounds, infections, or nail conditions, we may refuse service for your safety.
Children Policy
- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- For everyone’s safety, children not receiving services should stay seated.
Phone & Behavior Policy
- Please silence your phone and keep calls brief to maintain a relaxing environment.
- Disrespectful, loud, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Service Satisfaction
- If you’re not satisfied with your service, please let us know before you leave the salon.
- We offer fixes within 7 days of the original appointment for chipped or broken nails.
- No refunds will be given for completed services.
